Thailand races to add ICU beds after reporting record COVID-19 daily infections

Thailand is racing to add more intensive care beds as COVID-19 infections soar. The country reported over 2,000 new cases on April 23 -- the highest increase since the start of the pandemic. There are fears that there'll be no vacancies in Bangkok hospitals within a week.
