Constitutional Court Rules in Favor of Party-List Formula as EC is to announce results

The Constitutional Court has decided unilaterally that Art 128 of the Election Law does not contradict with Art 91 of the Constitution, allowing the Election Commission to go ahead with its formulation of the party-list MPs, expected to be announced later.
